CONTENT CREATOR
The Main Street Exchange is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our marketing team. Working closely with colleagues, the Content Creator will be responsible for filming and editing creative content (reels, static posts, etc.) for multiple social media channels, styling and executing photoshoots, and collaborating with fellow team members for content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and styling, good organizational skills, and the ability to maintain our brand's aesthetic across all visual communications. This is an IN-PERSON position at our location in Gordonville, PA.
Position Qualifications:
• Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling abilities
• Excellent writing and communication skills for social media
• Proficiency in video editing software and mobile content creation apps (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
• Knowledge of product styling and retail presentation techniques
• Excellent time management and ability to work under deadlines

RETAIL STORE MERCHANDISER
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Store Merchandiser to join our storefront team. Working closely with colleagues, the Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually compelling, organized, and easy-to-shop displays that reflects the brand's identity and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design & styling, pay attention to detail, and can maintain our brand's aesthetic while telling a story across all store displays. This is a 3 day/week in-person position.
Position Qualifications:
• A natural eye for beauty and design
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in presentation
• Creative storyteller through product displays
• Organized and process-driven to maintain systems, keep space tidy, and ensure consistency across the store
• Customer-centered mindset by thinking about how the customer experiences the store – what catches their eye, what feels easy, and helps them shop and buy
• Retail experience required. Merchandise display experience preferred.

STORE STYLIST
We are looking for a store stylist to join our storefront team. This is a part-time position and involves serving our customers and maintaining an excellent in-store experience. The store stylist will be expected to keep products displayed neatly and organized, serve customers and check them out at the register, and perform other assigned tasks to keep the storefront running smoothly.
Position Qualifications:
• Focuses on being a team player
• Willing to share ideas and vision on how to improve storefront and customer experience
• Great communication skills and friendly to customers
• Helps to keep the store clean and organized
