STORE STYLIST

The Store Stylist helps to ensure that every person who walks through the doors experiences the heart of The Main Street Exchange. Serving the customer and maintaining an excellent environment for them is the key responsibility of this role. The Store Stylist understands and cares for all the details in the store. From restocking products to cleaning to running the register, the Shop Stylist exhibits The Main Street Exchange's values and keeps the customers coming back for more. This is a part-time position. 

Store Stylist Responsibilities:

  • Greets all customers with a friendly greeting
  • Be quick to offer styling advice if customer asks
  • Checks customers out at register
  • Performs assigned tasks willingly and thoroughly
  • Keeps products displayed neatly and organized
  • Prices new product and puts it out on the floor
  • Keeps regular stocked items restocked consistently
  • And more!

This is a Part-Time position.

STOREFRONT MANAGER

Looking for a passionate Storefront Manager that ensures that every one that walks through the doors of our brick and mortar store experiences the heart of The Main Street Exchange. With a keen eye for detail, the Shop Manager oversees all functions that happen within the store: customer purchase transactions, maintenance standards, customer service, and customer interactions. The Storefront Manager also develops, trains, and oversees all Shop Stylists, and is responsible for building a team that carries the essence of the brand into everything they do.

Storefront Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assigns tasks to Shop Stylists to keep store running smoothly.
  • Oversees general maintenance/daily cleaning.
  • Oversees Customer Service experience in retail store.
  • Collaborates with owner and creative team on creating seasonal displays
  • Collaborates with creative team on in-store events.
  • Creates monthly staff schedules for retail store.
  • Oversees reordering products that are regularly stocked.
  • Oversees the process of keeping products displayed neatly and in order.
