PACKER/SHIPPER

The Packer/Shipper plays a very important behind the scenes role in ensuring that the online customer experiences a positive online shipping experience. From carefully picking and packing orders to assisting with customer service, this role has the ability to keep an online customer coming back for more or never wanting to shop with us again. Because this position is not in person, exceptional customer service is a must!


Responsibilities 

Team Player

  • Willing to be flexible with the ebb and flow of shipping demand
  • Perform daily shipping tasks with the overall team in mind
  • “How will this mistake affect the entire MSE team?”

Daily Tasks

  • Assist in keeping warehouse product neatly organized and in its proper place
  • Carefully pick, pack, and label outgoing packages, double checking order for accuracy to ensure a positive online customer experience
  • Assist in making sure that all daily tasks are completed

Customer Service

  • Assist shipping manager in offering premium online customer service
  • Willing to ‘go the extra mile’ in correcting an incorrect order
  • Able to be friendly but firm in reviewing store policies with customers
  • Follow up on unfinished orders that were not completed for whatever reason

STORE STYLIST/WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

The Store Stylist/Warehouse Assistant plays an important role both in the storefront and behind the scenes. This position includes assisting with product restocks, handling shipments, and contributing to a positive and uplifting environment that makes every customer feel loved and valued. Our goal is to empower every woman that walks through our doors, so exceptional customer service and care are instrumental to this role.

 

Responsibilities 

Team Player

  • Be willing and ready to assist both the storefront and warehouse department when needed
  • Be a motivated, team oriented individual, willing to work and communicate with others to complete tasks
  • Encourage others to live out the values of The Main Street Exchange

Daily Tasks

  • Assist in keeping warehouse product neatly organized and in its proper place
  • Assist with pulling and restocking the storefront with product
  • Work with customers and assist in making sure that all daily tasks are completed

Customer Service

  • Willing to ‘go the extra mile’ and serve our customers well. Do unto others is not just a saying - it’s a lifestyle!
  • Able to be friendly but firm in reviewing store policies with customers
  • Be aware of the needs of both customers and co-workers
