We know not everything works out and we want you to feel confident in everything you purchase from us! We will gladly accept select unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date if you are not completely satisfied. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please complete the Return/Exchange card that was included with your package and send it back to us with your return. Failing to complete this card could disrupt the return process. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred with shipping unwanted items back. 



If you need a different style or size, please return the item you wish to exchange using our ‘Return’ instructions and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead. When we receive your return, we will then process your refund on the original item you ordered. Exchanges are accepted in person at our local store for purchases made in-store or online. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs that are incurred with shipping items back and new items being purchased.

We do not offer online exchanges or price adjustments for items purchased during a past sale. Items returned that were purchased at sale price will be refunded in the amount of the price paid. If a different size is needed, a new order can be placed but please be aware you will be charged for the current price listed on our web store at the time of purchase. You are welcome to stop in at our local store for an even exchange for items purchased either online or in store during a sale.
