How do I join MSE Rewards?
Joining is easy and free! Sign up by clicking "Join Now" on our rewards page here. You'll earn 200 points just for signing up! If you already have an account with us, you are automatically enrolled in our Rewards Program.
How many points do I earn per purchase?
You earn 5 points for every $1 spent on your purchases.
What other ways can I earn points besides shopping?
You can earn bonus points through several activities:
- 200 points for signing up
- 200 points on your birthday
- 100 points for following us on Instagram
- 100 points for sharing on Facebook
- Points for referring friends who make a purchase
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points during checkout, both online and in-store. Online, select your available reward during the checkout process. In-store, let our associates know you'd like to use your points before completing your purchase.
What rewards can I get with my points?
We offer several redemption options:
ONLINE:
- 100 points = $1 off your online order (each 100 points = $1 off)
IN-STORE:
- 500 points = $5 off your order
- 1000 points = $10 off your order
- 2500 points = $25 off your order
When redeeming your points, be sure to see which reward you are redeeming for. Some options can only be used in-store while others can be used online.
If I use my points on a reward, do I get them back if I do a return?
To maintain program integrity and prevent misuse, points redeemed for discounts cannot be returned to your account if you return or exchange items. We recommend waiting until you're sure about your purchase before redeeming points. Questions? Please email rewards@mseapparel.com.
Can I combine rewards with other discounts or promotions?
$ Discounts are the only ones that can be combined with other discounts and promotions (ex: $1 off, $2 off, etc). You cannot use the 10% off discount on top of other discounts and promotions.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after one year (365 days) of account inactivity. As long as you earn or redeem points at least once per year, your points will remain active.
How do I check my point balance?
You can check your balance by:
- Logging into your account on our website
- Using the Rewards panel on the bottom right of the screen
- Asking an associate during your next in-store visit
Can I earn rewards if I purchase wholesale?
Our wholesale customers are ineligible for the program and are not able to redeem rewards on wholesale purchases on our website or through Faire.
How do referrals work?
Share your unique referral link (found in the 'Rewards' menu on the bottom right of your screen) with friends! When your friend makes their first purchase using your link, they'll get $10 off their order. Once their purchase is complete, you'll also receive $10 off your next order. It's a win-win!
