I wear this in a size Large. It is not too tight but not too loose. I do not have skinny arms and they are not too tight on my arms. I personally like the height of the neckline on this as I'm uncomfortable showing anything under my collar bone. I do not have to adjust it at all. I've been very pleased with these. The bottom sits perfectly at the top of my ribcage.
