WAREHOUSE MANAGER
The Main Street Exchange is seeking a responsible and self-motivated individual to manage warehouse operations. Working closely with the company leadership and management teams, the Warehouse Manager will oversee the organization and flow of inventory management. This role encompasses managing daily product shipments and restocking, fostering a team-oriented collaborative environment, and providing hands-on leadership to the team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a heart for people, a mind for prioritization and problem solving, an ability to unload an lift shipments up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to nurturing a positive workplace.
Position Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds
- Organizational skills
- Some experience leading or supervising others, a plus.
- Some experience managing inventory or warehouse operations, a plus.
