Description doesn't accurately describe item

This is a ribbed dress, BUT it isn't a rib knit as the fabric content would suggest. It is more like a ribbed velveteen. It would not be a good layering piece because of the weight of fabric. This would be nice to know before ordering. Also, the sleeves are very narrow without enough stretch.
